<p class="MsoNormal">
<p class="MsoNormal">Motivation is by far one of the most important key factors if want to experience hardcore bodybuilding gains! In fact bodybuilding is probably one of the hardest sports in the entire world! You have do diet clean, you have to workout intensely in the gym, it take a lot of energy for the sport of bodybuilding. In fact it has been prove that 80% of people who first sign up in the gym, will not go back in it after the first month of training. Every success or failure it all comes back to one thing, our desire, our fire in the belly, or plain and simple our motivation. You may have an amazing goal, you may want to be 200 lbs at 6% fat, but a goal is one thing, but the actions are another, and its motivation that gets you to take those hard actions.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>So how to you get bodybuilding motivation?</strong> You have tired several different things, before and they don’t work, you have bought all these self help books, that tell you to write down your goals and visualize, and also the recent “Law of Attraction” hype, you try using it to achieve your goal, but nothing happens? I know I sure tried a lot of them myself. I<span> </span>personally hated it when I couldn’t bench press 200lbs and all I could do was bench press 185lbs and there was no way of me getting to two plates a side on the bench. I personally frustrated when I lost all my weight and looked lean and gained all back in a year. But I was able to turn all this around with one crazy supercharged motivational technique that if you used today correctly you can super charge your achievement process with your bodybuilding goals! I currently bench press 250lbs, three month ago I could only bench press 185lbs. I used to weight 280 lbs, but within less than a months time of hard work I was able to get to 260lbs within in a month, and there is no doubt in my mind that I will get to 200lbs before the year is done with.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>So what did I use? </strong>I used <a href="http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/">Neuro-linguistic programming</a> or NLP for short. If you never heard of this before, it’s okay! It’s very simple to use. If you have tried this technique before, well listen to me and I will show you a way that you can turn it around. ]</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">One of the main reason we do not accomplish our bodybuilding goals, it is because of obstacles and roadblocks that get in our way. One of the main ones in bodybuilding is procrastination, and non discipline. These two factors is which keeps us away from the cardio machine, its what keeps us away from the gym cause we don’t feel like it, it is what make us pig out, these two things is what makes us go to Mc Donald’s even though we shouldn’t.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Now what can we now do to overcome this obstacles and roadblocks</strong>? You have to mentally associate massive PAIN to procrastination to not going to the gym, you have to associate massive PAIN to those McDonald hamburgers, you have to associate massive PAIN, to not doing your cardio. How do we do this? Well look at your bodybuilding progress so far! Did you accomplish you big goal yet? If you didn’t why did you? What were those actions that make you still fat? Determine those action and associate massive pain to these actions that you took. For example the next time you go to McDonald, you got to say to yourself, that this burger has been getting in may way for the last two years, I am not living my bodybuilding dream because of this burger, and I will not let this burger determine my bodybuilding future, THIS BURGER IS MAKING ME FATTER! Honestly if you say this to yourself, you will be able to throw that McDonalds burger out of the window.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>There is flip side though.</strong> You need to associate pleasure to those actions that will contribute great progress to your bodybuilding goals. You need to analyze the actions that will contribute to your bodybuilding goals, and associate pleasurable reason why this is a good thing to do. For example, one of the things that get your results in fat loss is cardio, and a lot of people hate the cardio machine! But you need flipside it, you need to be saying or talking in your mind, THIS CARDIO MACHINE IS MAKING ME LEANER, I LOVE THIS MACHINE, AND I AM LOOSING ALL THAT UNWANTED FAT BY THE MINUTE! </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I hope this helps you out. Remember we can accomplish anything that we set our minds to, if we have a very strong desire, sincerely believe and enthusiastically act upon we can accomplish any goal that we set our mind to! Remember though that pain and pleasure are just certain parts of NLP, there are so many parts and aspects of NLP that I could write a massive book about!
